What's next as plans to rezone Eastland Mall site advance
Don’t expect an agreement — or even a proposal — between city government and Major League Soccer team owner David Tepper any time soon.
That was one of the takeaways Wednesday afternoon during a virtual city government rezoning hearing on the Eastland Mall site, targeted for an MLS team headquarters and a mix of retail, residential, office and recreational uses. The city owns 69 of the 78 acres included in the proposed redevelopment.
