Couple who sued 181 Fremont over view pull lawsuit
The attorney for the couple who sued the developer and sales team behind the 181 Fremont St. skyscraper over the potential loss of their view pulled the lawsuit five days after it was filed.
That prompted two of the defendants named in the suit — the development entity led by Jay Paul Co. and the sales team led by Compass Development Marketing Group — to issue a joint statement:
