Most have heard of gastropubs – bars and restaurants that serve high-end beer or food. But a new “astropub” has opened in Albuquerque.
That’s how owner Jerry Miller characterized his extraterrestrial restaurant The Kosmos. Located at 1715 5th St. NW in the Wells Park area, The Kosmos opened up on Wednesday after being in the works for years.
Miller told Albuquerque Business First the restaurant – which is in the Factory on Fifth art space – cost between $70,000 and $100,000. Miller said…
