Owners of Roosevelt Square confirm redevelopment plans
Roosevelt Square LLLP has filed for a demolition permit to tear down the former Belk department store at 4535 Roosevelt Blvd. as well as a second smaller building at 4397 Roosevelt Blvd. at Roosevelt Square shopping center as the company readies to redevelop the property.
