'New accelerator' may be on tap for Church Street Exchange
The new owner of a historic downtown Orlando landmark already may have plans for one of the two buildings.
Downtown’s Kress building owner Robert Yeager and Ocala developer Digvijay Gaekwad late last month bought the Church Street Exchange building and a piece of the Church Street Station retail complex for a combined $14.2 million from Boston-based landlord Tremont Realty Capital in two separate transactions, Orange County records showed.
