The first basketball game at the Golden State Warriors’ Chase Center is 20 months away, but a 450-member team is zeroing in on near-term big shots: topping off the final anchor of the 18,000-seat arena next week, building the steel skeleton of the main seating areas and getting the whole project done by August 2019.
Every day brings something new. An old rail car, thought to have carried debris from the 1906 earthquake to fill Mission Bay’s lagoon and tidal marsh, was found during last year’s dig.…
