Most S.F. retail can reopen for delivery and pick-up Monday, Mayor says

Virtually all retail businesses in San Francisco will be allowed to open for curbside pickup and delivery on Monday, expanding a tentative previous announcement from San Francisco Mayor London Breed.

The loosened restrictions will apply to all street-facing retail besides malls, encompassing close to 95% of retail businesses that have remained closed since the shelter-in-place order went into effect March 17, Breed said.
