Kramer-Wilson Co Buys Scottsdale Executive Office Center
Kramer-Wilson Company, Inc. has purchased the Scottsdale Executive Center at 15880 – 16100 N. Greenway-Hayden Loop in Scottsdale, AZ for $37.5 million, or about $207 per square foot, from Perry Investment Trust No. 1 LLC.
The three-building campus totals 181,238 square feet.
Barry Gabel and Chris Marchildon of CBRE represented the seller. The buyer handled the sale in-house.
