Fiesta Park Apts Sold for $20M
JB Partners LLC acquired the 320-unit Fiesta Park apartments at 1033 S. Longmore St. in Mesa, AZ for $20 million, or $62,500 per unit, from BH Properties LLC.
The 234,796-square-foot multifamily complex was built in 1979 on 8.8 acres in Maricopa County. The property consists of ten buildings with 232 one-bedroom and 88 two-bedroom apartments.
