Jack in the Box to open Louisville location
San Diego-based burger chain Jack in the Box will open a Louisville location, its first restaurant locally.
The quick-service chain that also is known for its tacos announced late Wednesday it has awarded seven development agreements in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2021 to open 47 new restaurants, according to a news release. It’s not clear where the Louisville location will be or when it might open.
In total, Jack in the Box has awarded 23 development agreements in fiscal 2021 to build 111 stores…
