iWerx debuts third co-working location
Driven by demand, iWerx has opened its third area co-working facility. The new location in Gladstone features a sophisticated, yet quirky and eclectic look, co-founder Bob Martin said.
iWerx has had a waiting list the past two years for its North Kansas City facility at 1520 Clay St., and now some of those on the list are reserving spots in Gladstone.
The Gladstone facility, which celebrated its grand opening this month, is about 40 percent full, he said.
