Former ECIDA executive director is headed to North Carolina
It didn’t take Steve Weathers long to find a new job in the economic development industry.

Weathers abruptly resigned as Erie County Industrial Development Agency executive director earlier this month — with his last official day on the agency’s payroll April 10. On Thursday he was named as the Greenville-ENC Alliance president and CEO. Weathers becomes the first person to hold that title with the North Carolina economic development agency.
