Building near Cathedral Square to be renovated into boutique hotel

An empty building near Cathedral Square in Milwaukee would become a boutique hotel under a concept owner Van Buren Management is exploring with architecture firm Rinka.

“It’s certainly going to be a hotel that is really going to add value to the neighborhood,” said Matt Rinka, partner in the Milwaukee architecture firm.
