Exclusive: San Jose's downtown Hilton sells to Chinese real estate group
The Hilton hotel in downtown San Jose has been sold to a Chinese real estate group that has been scooping up Silicon Valley properties since last year.
An LLC associated with Shenzhen-based Han’s Holding Group Co. bought the hotel, at 300 Almaden Blvd., this month for $87.3 million.
