Exclusive: Alexandria takes $430 million stake in Facebook-leased office complex in Menlo Park
In a growing trend of investors taking partial stakes of properties, Alexandria Real Estate Equities agreed to take 49 percent of Menlo Gateway, a three-building office complex in Menlo Park fully leased to Facebook.
