Developer behind Dallas' Virgin Hotel starts $79M project in West Texas
Dallas-based hotel development firm Gatehouse Capital Corp — the firm behind the development of Dallas’ new Virgin Hotel in the Design District — has begun construction on a new $79 million hotel and conference center in West Texas.
The public-private partnership with the City of Odessa and Eofficial Enterprises will bring a seven-story, 218-room Marriott Hotel with a 67,500-square-foot conference center, parking garage and a Starbucks coffee shop to this part of the region.
