Company racks up $22,000 in fines for unpermitted commercial activities in Haleiwa
A Honolulu company headed by a Hawaii solar energy executive has racked up fines totalings $22,000 for multiple violations at its Haleiwa property on Oahu’s North Shore, including doing unpermitted work, a spokesman for the city confirmed to Pacific Business News Monday.
