Bham Walgreens property sells for $5.7M
A Walgreens location in metro Birmingham has sold for more than $5.75 million.
Malhorta Enterprises LLC bought the property at 101 Bessemer Super Hwy. in Midfield from TRI-59 LLC, an entity based in Michigan with an address at 39533 Woodward Ave., Suite 150, in Bloomfield.
The purchasing entity is registered with Surender Malhortra, a cardiologist in Macon, Georgia.
Located in the heart of Midfield, the Walgreens sits at the busy intersection of U.S. Highway 11 and Weibel Drive.
