Zimmerman Architectural to buy Milwaukee HQ, neighboring City Lights property
Zimmerman Architectural Studio Inc. could buy its longtime headquarters building in Milwaukee’s Menomonee Valley and surrounding structures that house other businesses.
The $7.4 million purchase would put Zimmerman Architectural in control of much of the City Lights property at 2215 W. Mt. Vernon Ave., according to a Tuesday report by the Milwaukee Economic Development Corp. The about 100-person firm would buy those properties from longtime owner Mallory Properties, a Milwaukee real estate investor.…
