Williams Scotsman makes second acquisition since becoming public again

Williams Scottsman has made another acquisition to strengthen its position in the Midwest region.

WillScot Corp., the Baltimore-based parent of Williams Scottsman, acquired Tyson Onsite, a provider of modular office space and classrooms based in Indianapolis. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
