Valley facility leased to Amazon changes hands in largest industrial sale this year
The fourth major industrial building in The Cubes at Glendale industrial park in the West Valley has sold for the highest amount of all industrial sales so far in the Valley in 2024. The sale closed a few months after Amazon signed a lease for the entire facility.
