Vacant Sears space at Southridge to be redeveloped as Dick's Sporting Goods, bowling center
The former Sears space at Southridge Mall in Greendale will become a Dick’s Sporting Goods and a Round 1 bowling and entertainment complex under plans approved by village officials, Milwaukee Business Journal news partner WTMJ-TV (Channel 4) reported Wednesday.
Under the multimillion-dollar redevelopment plan, the 66,000-square-foot first floor space will be turned into a Dick’s Sporting Goods, while the 45,000-square-foot second floor will reopen as a Round1 Bowling and Amusement Complex.
