University of Hawaii taps Greystar for P3 housing project

The University of Hawaii has selected Greystar Real Estate Partners for its first major public-private partnership, a $110 million on-campus family-oriented graduate-student housing project on the site of the former NOAA National Marine Fisheries building adjacent to the Manoa campus.
