Unico moves forward with new building as Amazon confirms lease next door
Amazon finally confirmed that it is leasing the former Pemco headquarters, which seemed clear after the building was painted with Amazon’s signature “forceful orange.” Unico plans to build a taller building next to the building for a tech tenant, but indicated that the project is not yet leased.
