Two new tenants grab full floors at Empire State Realty Trust buildings
Empire State Realty Trust Inc. has signed leases with two new tenants taking full floors at two separate Midtown Manhattan office properties.
Argo Group (NYSE: ARGO), an international specialty insurance provider, inked a deal to take a full floor space of 30,000 square feet at 501 Seventh Ave. The building is at the corner of 37th Street and Seventh Avenue.
