Triad insurance office will move into 33,000-square-foot space
Penn National Insurance will move its Greensboro offices to a 32,910-square-foot space on the third floor of Signature Place, located at 3200 Northline Ave. in Friendly Shopping Center.
CBRE (NYSE: CBG) Triad, which represented both sides in the deal, said renovations will be made with April as the target for move in. Heather Mix, CBRE Triad project manager, is overseeing the renovations.
Penn National is currently located at 1703 E. Wendover Ave.
