Tidewater Capital to build 40-story apartment in Oakland after opponent drops appeal
Tidewater plans to build 380 residential units on the site, including 38 affordable units restricted to very-low-income households, and a five-level parking garage. The project has already received its conditional use permits and gone through design review.
