Three Leaf buys Wauwatosa church site where it plans 153 apartments
Milwaukee-based Three Leaf Partners purchased the Saint Bernard Congregation site at 7474 Harwood Ave. and also closed on its financing for the $47 million apartment development it plans on the former church site.
