Large technology tenants now dominate San Francisco’s office market, with multiple huge leases inked in 2017.
Big names including Salesforce.com Inc. (NYSE: CRM), Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ: FB), Alphabet Inc.-owned Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) and Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) did some deals, along with well-known unicorns including Airbnb, Uber and Dropbox. Only one tenant that made the list was not a technology company.
