TH Real Estate pays $49M for Publix-anchored retail center
TH Real Estate bought the Publix-anchored Promenade Shopping Plaza in Palm Beach Gardens from Boca Raton-based Woolbright Development.
A source close to the deal cited the price at $49.25 million, or $243 per square foot.
The 202,696-square-foot retail center at 9900 Alternative A1A is 97 percent occupied. In addition to Publix, tenants include Bealls Outlet, Planet Fitness, Club Outlet Store and CVS. The Promenade was built in 1972 and renovated by Woolbright in 2015.
