STAR bond application offers more details on $305M Great Mall project
A conceptual site plan included with the STAR bond financing application depicts the arena on the Park Boulevard side of the former mall site, surrounded by a rock-climbing facility, cinema, retail and fitness venues, surface parking and the interative golf attraction.
