St. Louis County's $562M bond issue would include renovation of disputed Northwest Plaza office
More than half the estimated $562 million bond issue proposed to build a new St. Louis County government center would go toward other building projects, including a $22 million renovation of the much-disputed leased county offices at the former Northwest Plaza.
