Sanford leads boom in jobs, housing along U.S. 1 corridor as cost of living in Triangle soars
Over the last few years, Sanford has seen hundreds of new jobs in the life sciences space. The same trend is true for other areas that sit along the U.S. Highway 1 corridor. And it’s that corridor that has added thousands of people over the last decade, with waves of others expected to come.
