San Ramon warehouse bought for $35 million by out of state investor

Arizona-based Orion Office REIT Inc. closed on a deal to buy a 96,882-square-foot industrial facility in San Ramon earlier this month for $34.6 million, records on file with the Contra Costa County Assessor’s Office show.
