San Jose's matching Riverpark Towers sell for $283M
The two towers in downtown have been up for sale since at least September, when some industry experts estimated that the deal would break the price per square foot record in San Jose’s central business district. The newer of the two buildings set a new per-square-foot price record for downtown San Jose.
