San Gabriel Valley office building sells for $28 million
A 96,365-square-foot office building in the San Gabriel Valley has sold for $28 million.
Located at 901 Corporate Center Dr. in Pomona, California, the two-story, Class A property traded for $291 per square foot.
Built in 1989, the building underwent an extensive buildout last year for its current sole tenant, Lereta, a tax and flood service provider that serves more than 4,000 lenders.
