Sam's Hof Brau owners want to lease space as 'cold shell,' preferably not to a restaurant
The longtime owners of the property that had been home to Sam’s Hof Brau at 2500 Watt Ave. are marketing the former iconic restaurant space as a cold shell, and they would prefer it not be a restaurant.
