Real estate sources hope DST remains key downtown stakeholder
The late Phil Kirk helped DST Systems Inc. leave a lasting legacy in Downtown. Under his leadership, DST completed the historic rehabilitation and new construction of 38 buildings, 2.3 million square feet of office space and 7,495 parking spaces across 20 square blocks on Downtown’s West Side.
