Portland performing arts groups threatened by city venue cost spikes
Oregon Ballot Theatre, Oregon Symphony and Oregon Children’s Theatre are among the groups who say cost spikes are pricing them out city-owned performance venues, including the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall and Keller Auditorium.
