Phoenix officials travel to Taiwan as they plan $7 billion science park in Arizona
Two major real estate firms that are planning to develop a $7 billion science and technology park in Phoenix have traveled overseas with an Arizona delegation to Taiwan to tour TSMC headquarters and other science and technology parks in Hsinchu and Taipei.
