Phoenix developer buys Tempe infill site for next industrial park
The site is located minutes away from Tempe Diablo Stadium and Interstate 10 and is part of the Airport industrial submarket, which had the Valley’s second lowest amount of square feet under construction during the second quarter of 2024, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
