Paul Weise Furniture building in Milwaukee to become 11 apartments after sale
The Paul Weise Furniture building on Farwell Avenue in Milwaukee sold on Thursday to Fairchild Acquisitions, whose president Sam Grossman said it will be preserved and converted into 11 apartments.
