Pasternack Properties broke ground on the 1.1 million-square-foot Warehouse 1 in the TEN Distribution Center industrial park at 8181 W. Roosevelt St. in Phoenix.

The new warehouse will be the first of six planned for the $300 million TEN Distribution Center industrial park, a 3.6 million-square-foot project located on a 215-acre site on 83rd Ave. near I-10 and the Loop 101. The single-story distribution center is slated for completion in mid-2018…
