Paramount Group, lenders exploring sale of Market Center ahead of looming loan deadline
Manhattan-based investor said at the beginning of this year it had written its investment in the 750,000-square-foot office complex to zero. The property, if listed, would be the most significant to hit the market in terms of square footage since prepandemic.
