Owners of California Fruit Building sue city over flooding incident
A city-owned water main pipe burst on Jan. 13 next to the California Fruit Building at 1006 Fourth St. in Sacramento, causing thousands of gallons of water to be released over a several-hour period, the lawsuit alleges.
