One Commerce Square owner buys Thousand Oaks for half of its previous sales price
The New York-based owner of One Commerce Square has purchased another 420,000 square feet of local office space.
Group RMC Corp. bought Thousand Oaks Business Center from Connecticut-based Talcott Realty Investors for $14 million.
