Old Town appears to join rest of downtown's paid parking approach after City Council vote
Tuesday’s vote rejected setting an April public hearing when a decision on a new Old Town community improvement district — with an added 2% sales tax — would have been made. Language in the CID petition was a big area of concern, Council members said.
