North Phoenix shopping center sells for $11 million
The 5.46-acre Pueblo Point Shopping Center at in north Phoenix has sold for $11 million.
The center, located just north of Paradise Valley Mall, includes a Smart & Final Extra Grocery store, Domino’s Pizza, UPS store and an Ace Hardware.
Lee & Associates principals Jan Fincham and Patrick Dempsey, along with associate Andrew Lundahl, facilitated the transaction. The seller was Arneil Pueblo LLC., and the buyer, Paradise Valley Ventures LLC.
