Nitze-Stagen to acquire South Seattle site for 225-unit multifamily project
Few developers are as active as Nitze-Stagen in South Seattle. It plans to work with the local community to bring the right mix of tenant amenities along with “authentic retail” that will add to the economic diversity of the neighborhood.
