Newcomer takes swing at Seattle market with purchase of Home Plate Center for $251M
American Life has sold its two-building Home Plate Center office campus across from T-Mobile Park for $251 million to Seattle newcomer Jamestown, according to public records.
The sale extends a recent streak of large Seattle commercial real estate deals.
